The journal is gorgeous but let me tell you about the customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color so I emailed to see if I was able to switch it before it shipped. I knew it was a stretch but figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. To my surprise I got an almost immediate response to my inquiry. My journal was switched with no issues and shipped very fast.
